Questions I Don't Know the Answer To
These are things that I have wondered about for a while but never thought they were consequential enough to find the answers to.
Why do macbook keyboard backlights have so many brightness settings, and why do they get so bright? From my perspective, you only need two settings. Off and dim. In a bright environment, the backlight can remain off as the keys are illuminated by the environment, whereas in any low light environment, the keys only need to be dimly illuminated for the legends to stand out.
It was actually just that first question that I was thinking of. But I'll update this post if I think of any more.
